Orders and shipments

Parcels are generally sent via Swiss Post’s priority package service (usually received the day after dispatch).

For other very large and heavy orders, delivery will take several days.

Go to the Il mio account page and register according to the instructions you will be prompted to do so. An e-mail address is required.

Go to your profile page and in the Address section change your shipping address if it does not match your billing address.

We do not receive or store your payment data such as your credit card number. This information is 128-bit encrypted and is only processed by the 100% secure external payment system.

Prices are indicated including VAT.

We sell and ship in Switzerland.

For shipments outside Switzerland we therefore ask you to contact us directly via the contact form.

For dispatch to other countries we can find customised solutions, in which case please contact the sales department directly at info@chmedica.ch

Normally, yes. The advice we give is to group your items in one order to avoid having to pay shipping costs for each order placed separately.
However, if you have already placed several separate orders, it is not possible to combine them. Please note that the parcel is sent at your own risk; if it contains fragile items, special care will be taken to avoid damage during shipment.
The boxes are suitably large and your items are well protected.

Shipping throughout Switzerland is free of charge for orders over CHF 150.-

For orders below CHF 150.- the charge is CHF 15.-

Any additional costs will be charged for bulky or heavy orders and will be communicated prior to dispatch and shown on the invoice.

Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage. Handling costs are fixed, while transport costs may vary according to the total weight of the shipment.

If you need to exchange an article

Returns and Exchanges

Products offered by chMedica leave the company in perfect condition and, in principle, may not be returned or exchanged. The only exceptions are goods delivered incorrectly or those that reach the customer with defects. In such cases, the goods must be returned to chMedica in their original packaging, provided that the defects have been notified in advance to the following address info@chmedica.ch

The customer will receive a replacement delivery if possible. Defects must be claimed in writing within 5 days of receipt of the products. If this is not the case, the products are deemed to have been irrefutably accepted.

Any deviation from the customer’s order in the chMedica order confirmation or invoice is considered part of the contract unless the customer objects in writing within five working days of receipt of the order confirmation. The right to correct purely calculation errors remains reserved.

Complaints concerning shipment or transport must be submitted immediately by the customer, upon delivery or upon receipt of the shipping documents, to the last forwarding agent.

The customer is required to check the systems and/or products supplied within 5 (five) working days of delivery, notifying chMedica in writing of anomalies at the following address info@chmedica.ch
