Procedure:
– add 4 drops Reagent 1, then drops reagent B
– rotate swab 15 times, wait 1 minute, then remove swab while squeezing tube to remove liquid
– place dropper tip to top of tube
– add 3 drops of specimen
– read results after 5 minutes
